How We Work

Structure is what makes delivery predictable.

Every engagement — whether it’s a hire, a claim, or a data project — follows the same intake, alignment, and communication discipline. That’s how we keep the date we promise.

Pick the model that fits how your team works.

We work three ways. The model you choose doesn’t change our quality standard — it changes who directs the work day to day.

Model 01

Staff Augmentation

You direct. We supply.

You have the workflow; you just need the people. We place a vetted specialist — coder, biller, data analyst, IT contractor — and you manage them directly.

Good fit when

Model 03

Managed Service

Ongoing function, handled by us.

We run a standing function — medical billing, AR follow-up, data ops, IT helpdesk — so your core team doesn’t have to. SLA-based with monthly reporting.

Good fit when

From first conversation to first delivery.

Six steps. No surprises in between.

01

Discovery call

We ask about the role, the backlog, or the data problem. No sales deck. Just the right questions so we understand what done looks like for you.

02

Brief confirmation

Within 24 hours we send back a written summary of what we heard. You correct anything that’s off. We don’t move forward until it’s right.

03

Proposal or shortlist

Within 48–72 hours: a project proposal with scope and timeline, or a candidate shortlist — depending on your engagement model.

04

Review & align

You meet the candidates or review the plan. We iterate until you’re confident. Your sign-off moves us to start.

05

Engagement starts

Work begins. You get one named point of contact from our side. If anything shifts, they’re the person you call.

06

Ongoing delivery

Weekly updates, deliverable reviews, and course corrections as needed. We flag problems early — not the day of the deadline.

How we show up once the engagement starts.

These aren’t aspirations. They’re the baseline we hold ourselves to on every engagement.

Response within 4 business hours

Your named contact responds to any message within four business hours. If they’re unavailable, a backup is named upfront.

One owner, not a rotation

The same person manages your account from intake to delivery. No handoffs to someone who has to re-learn your context mid-project.

Weekly status, without being asked

Every Friday you receive a plain-language update: what was done, what’s next, anything that needs your input. No need to chase us for it.

Problems flagged early

If something is going to affect the timeline, you hear it from us first — not on the deadline. We’d rather have an awkward conversation early than a missed date.

What people usually ask before starting.

If you don’t see your question here, ask us directly — we’ll get back to you within four business hours.

For most IT staffing and medical coding roles, we can present a shortlist within 48–72 hours of confirming the brief. Niche IT roles and certified coding specialists take longer — but we’ll give you an honest timeline upfront, not a promise we have to walk back.
We stand behind every placement with a replacement guarantee. If a placed candidate doesn’t work out within the agreed trial period, we re-source at no additional cost. The specifics are written into the engagement agreement.
Yes. Managed service engagements run on a monthly retainer. Project-based engagements are scoped and invoiced per milestone. For staffing augmentation, billing is typically weekly or bi-weekly per placement.
Yes. One account owner coordinates across IT staffing, revenue cycle, and data services — so you don’t have to manage three separate vendor relationships.
Our medical coding specialists hold CPC, CCS, or CRC credentials through AAPC or AHIMA. All billers are trained on ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS code sets and current on payer-specific guidelines.
Yes. Our client roster spans Fortune 1000 companies, SMBs, and government agencies. For government contracts, we’re familiar with compliance and documentation requirements and can discuss specific certifications your engagement may need.

Have a role to fill, a backlog to clear, or a data problem?

Tell us what’s in front of you. We’ll confirm what we heard and come back with a plan.
