01Who we are
CSR Infotech Inc. (“CSR Infotech”, “we”, “us”) provides IT staffing and recruiting, revenue cycle and medical coding services, and data services to organizations in the United States and India.
We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Our headquarters is at 280 Moon Clinton Rd, Ste A, Coraopolis, PA 15108, United States. You can reach us about anything in this policy at info@csrinfotech.com.
02What this policy covers
This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit csrinfotech.com, fill in our contact form, email us, or send us your resume.
It does not cover information we process on behalf of our clients as part of a service engagement, such as patient billing records or a client’s internal data. That work is governed by our contract with the client, and the client’s own privacy notice applies.
03Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form: your first and last name, work email, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in, and your message.
- Email and calls: whatever you choose to include when you contact us directly.
- Job candidates: your resume and the details you share about your experience, skills, availability and work preferences.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider records basic server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request, to keep the site secure and running.
- Cookies: essential cookies that make the site work, and, only if you agree, statistics cookies that help us understand how the site is used. See Cookies and analytics.
Please do not send patient information or other health records through the contact form or by email. The website is not designed to receive it.
04How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss how we can help.
- To prepare proposals, agree a scope of work and deliver the services you ask for.
- To consider you for open roles and, with your permission, present your profile to a client.
- To keep the website secure, prevent misuse and fix technical problems.
- With your consent, to measure how the website is used so we can improve it.
- To meet our legal, tax and record-keeping obligations.
We do not use your information for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
05Why we are allowed to use it
We process personal information only where we have a valid reason to do so:
- Consent: for example, when you submit the contact form, send us your resume, or accept statistics cookies. You can withdraw your consent at any time, and that is as easy as giving it.
- Taking steps toward a contract: when you ask us for a proposal or engage our services.
- Legitimate uses: such as keeping the website secure and responding to requests you started.
- Legal obligations: where the law requires us to keep or share certain records.
06Cookies and analytics
When you first visit, a banner asks for your choice. Only essential cookies run until you decide. Statistics cookies, including Google Analytics, load only if you click Accept all or turn statistics on under Preferences. We use Google Consent Mode, so Google Analytics does not set analytics cookies unless you consent.
You can change your choice at any time using the Manage consent tab on the site. We also respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals sent by your browser.
For the full list of cookies and how long they last, see our Cookie Policy.
07Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, email and, with your consent, Google Analytics. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
- Clients, if you are a job candidate and you have agreed to be put forward for a specific role.
- Authorities or advisers, where the law requires it or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.
- A successor business, if CSR Infotech is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. You would be told of any change in who controls your information.
08Where your information is processed
We work across the United States and India, so your information may be accessed by our team in either country. Some of our service providers may store data in other countries. Wherever it is processed, we protect it as described in this policy and follow the transfer rules that apply.
09How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected for:
- Enquiries: for as long as the conversation is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us.
- Clients: for the length of the engagement and as long as contract, tax and accounting rules require.
- Candidates: while we are considering you for roles. You can ask us to remove your profile at any time.
- Consent records: we keep a record of your cookie choice so we can show we respected it.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
10How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to the people who need it, and service providers that maintain their own security controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and the relevant authorities of a breach where the law requires it.
11Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it.
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Ask us to delete your information.
- Withdraw consent you have given, including consent to cookies.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share it, so there is nothing to opt out of, but you can still ask.
- Nominate someone to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to do so (residents of India).
- Not be treated differently for exercising any of these rights.
To make a request, email info@csrinfotech.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it, and we will respond within the time the law allows.
12Questions and complaints
If you have a concern about how we handle your information, please contact us first at info@csrinfotech.com with the subject line “Privacy”. We will acknowledge your message and work to resolve it.
If you are in India and are not satisfied with our response, you may raise a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India. If you are in the United States, you may contact the consumer protection office of your state attorney general.
13Children
Our website and services are for businesses and working professionals. They are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
14Links to other websites
Our website may link to sites we do not control. Their own privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.
15Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make a significant change, we will make it clear on the website.
